I have worked with Rick Garza for over a decade. In all those years I have watched Rick weigh every issue carefully. I have always found him to be fair, even when we disagreed on items. Rick will carefully and considerately carry out the will of the people of the State of Washington while considering the safety and the complicated issues in the same manner I have always known him to do. He is a very talented, educated person and I think the citizens, no matter what side of the issue they fall into will be well served by him. Grandview should be proud of him as well.
