On the one hand it's huge and beautiful and absolutely breathtaking in HD. On the other hand, its too big for Conan. The one thing that was great about his set was that it was small and intimate and well, it's probably gonna take some time for him to fill into it. My other gripe with the set, it looks like the bigger version of Jimmy Fallon's set with an actual budget...trying to go with that classic Hollywood look. Too bad someone less deserving beat Conan to the punch. He needs to go to Max, the only thing missing from the show was his banter with Max.
