It\'s always fun to hear how other Armenians make their food. As with an Italian\'s bolognese sauce, I wouldn\'t expect to find that any two make it exactly the same way. That\'s the glorious thing about cooking ... it\'s a perfect place to be creative.

Thanks, Nanci! I think putting the herb on the top of the pastry is a brilliant idea. I'll be using that in a lot of recipes.

You\'re so welcome, Sue! I\'m glad you guys felt the same way about it that we did. I think the recipe\'s definitely a keeper and worth adding to the meal rotation. :)
