Any kid that attempts to purchase alcohol does not face any consequences, but the tax paying business owner could loose his/her entire investment because some young bartendar gets fooled by some hot chick trying to purchase a drink who was sent in by the police. By having this law you would also get rid of the stings as it would be illegal for the cops to send someone in to commit a crime. Very moving and it brought hug's and tears to the group. I will forever remember her heartfelt gratitude and emotion, it made my whole trip.
