He also "claims" to be a "Christian," but just because I come over to your house centerleft and sit in your garage, won't make me a car ! If he were put on trial for being either (American citizen or Christian) would there be enough evidence to convict him?? YOU decide, as for me, I'll leave it up to the TRUE God, ONLY HE can rightfully judge, all we can do is inspect the fruit Obama produces, and so far, NOT SO GOOD!

EXCELLENT!! YOU spoke for every TRUE American in this Country. I don't believe they EARNED the bonuses, but they were part of the contract which is NOT illegal and they should be honored, but the MORONS that wrote, approved and signed off on the bailout SHOULD be held accountable and THY should pay the money that went out in the bonuses. Glenn you need to get some of the gentlemen/women from Congress and/or the Senate and expose them for WHAT they ARE, PARASITES. Did you all notice that the AG made reference that the "federal reserve" should take action against the bonuses received. The Federal reserve is a PRIVATE entity. The Reserve has made it plain that they are NOT accountable to WE THE PEOPLE or anyone else, and are above the law, so WHY would/should they have any authority to persue an American citizen FOR ANY REASON. The Reseve is made up of private citizens, (WEALTHY bankers) they are NOT Federal employees OR even a Federal entity.

IF you are NOW a "humanist" as you claim, that means you have renounced your faith in Christ and are insnared IN THE WORLD, and cannot claim that you are not OF the world. You have taken your eyes off the Creator and will sink just like Peter unless you repent. Would a smaller yearly salary make someone in the military a greater Patriot? Do you begrudge the first responders as well, ie Police, Firemen etc because of their pay grade? Freemanredneck, you are right, Sir! This is an American problem and goes far beyond party lines or affiliations. We NEED a party that IS "of the people, by the people and FOR the people." How about "the people" party. This way WE, the American people can Govern this Nation as it was intended in our Constitution and thus rid our Capital once and for all of the "CLING ON'S!" In this new party we could "cap" the maximum yearly income earned in the private sector to $100,000.00 and anyone who earns more than that is NOT eligible to run for office. Doing this we keep the people that we put in office at our grass roots level who can UNDERSTAND our plights, needs and wants, because they've been there. Also, a two term limit and then they get kicled to the curb, figuratively speaking of course!
