I think some conservatives flinch at this sort of base stupidity because "it makes us all look bad". That couldn't be further from the truth, Cowboy's "logic" has not only garnered the attention he undoubtedly failed to recieve in school (or from Cowboy's Mommy and Daddy), it has also provided an opportunity for the vast majority of The Right (that doesn't stock their wardrobes with white sheets) to condemn and laugh at you.
