Term limits, this will keep people honest and true since they can gain nothing personally and it will end lobbying since they won't be able to get their claws into people's wallets. 2. Flat taxes, every American pays period. 15% across the board to every single person that collects some sort of income. If you get welfair, 15% goes right back to Sam. 3. De-centralize the Fed and give the States back their powers and responsibilities. I have one more that I feel would almost end welfare problems and would create jobs and even help win the fight against illegal drugs.
