A group of friends and I checked out the film this past weekend. If you watched the trailer for this film and are expecting a "First Rate Action Film" or a remake of "The Dirty Dozen"... you will be very disapointed. I enjoyed the film but it was NOT what I was expecting. It had the potential to be a great Tarentino action film, but for me it fell flat. The action sequences were over the top, but they were few and far between. Brad Pitt and Christoph Waltz make the film... You don't see enough of Brad's character however. Christoph should indeed be nominated for an Oscar for his character... He was amazing. If you like Tarintino's dialog driven scenes, more than the action scenes, this film is for you... if you are in it for the action, rent it.
