I think people need to lay off the suffering succotash line. That line was done purely as a jab to the fans who were knocking his mic work and ability to speak, nothing more. It wasn't meant to be witty line towards Rollins, it was meant as an FU to all of us that said "He stutters and his mic work is awful."

But, gameplay wise, this game would be a drag. Frankly, all WWE wrestling games are more or less the same with a few tweaks in graphics and the story mode. How would an NXT game be any different? Run grapple, run strike, top rope dive, run grapple, runs trike, top rope dive, signature, finisher, pinfall.

If I wanted a stand alone wrestling game separate from the main series, I'd want it to feel different from the main games. Unfortunately, I don't have trust in 2K or whoever to give us that raw, guttural feel that NXT has and translate it to the video game.

It would be the same game, just with a new coat of paint.

Firstly, I apologize in advance if my answers seem short in comparison to yours, Im not well versed in articulating an argument into any kind of length. That what's what makes me only an average history major, damn research papers.

ANYWAY, are you sure you're not Billy Corgan? He recently talked in depth on Jericho's podcast about a wrestling show he was setting up with AMC a few years ago. He said how he set up this wrestling show, not as a purely weekly sporting event, but as a realty show. I have no idea how this would be set up, because AMC scrapped all reality shows before it could air.

But I think HHH said it probably the best. "Kayfabe is dead." And that's the closest we'll ever get to WWE not being a 'sporting event'. But I'm also not a visionary, I know that. I don't know how culture, society, and wrestling will change in the next 20-30 years. Maybe that's the evolution wrestling takes, and you just see that before everyone else.

And how exactly did he get signed to UFC after having exactly ONE previous fight? The same way CM Punk got signed to UFC having exactly ZERO previous fights. The same way Kimbo Slice was hyped as the second coming during his season of The Ultimate Fighter, even though he was trash in the UFC.

Two words. Name Recognition. Dana White saw money/ppv buys in guys who had made their names elsewhere. Brock may have become a bigger star because he was so dominant in UFC, but to say he had no value before UFC is asinine.

That doesn't change the fact that he could never have been the Summertime champion that you say he could have been. Your whole thesis was that WWE should have let Batista be champion through SummerSlam. Him maybe coming back in late 2013 doesn't change what would have happened at Wrestlemania.
