But to be credible you have to pick and choose your battles. The birther arguement is a losing battle unless you have hard evidence or can substantiate your claims. If you battle, battle smart. Find something in the constitution that has legs to stand on. In Hawaii, even if BOTH your parents are not U.S. citizens but you are born there, you are considered a natural born citizen.
