You just proved my point. Let's look at this with a little perspective. Say China comes over hear and overthrows our elected leader, changes our currency to the yuan, and steals your mineral rights from you. What would your reaction be? Would you sit back and watch? Or would you "shoot them dead?"

I do agree with you on cutting off all foreign aid... We should start with Israel.

Wow… you are an ignorant redneck. Up until 1951 Iran’s oil was controlled by the British owned Anglo-Iranian Oil Company. In 1951 the democratically elected Prime Minister of Iran, Mohammad Mosaddegh, nationalized the Iranian oil reserve, stripping Britain of their single most valuable foreign asset. Think he stayed in office much longer? NOPE! Our CIA played a major role in overthrowing Mosaddegh in 1953 and installing the Shah (This is all public record, declassified by the CIA). What was the Shah’s first move once in office? You guessed it... Denationalizing their oil reserves. You think this pi*sed off a few Iranians? Absolutely it did. In fact, it made a few of them so mad that they overthrew that puppet dictator and took a few Americans hostage. Were they justified? Well, according to you we should just put lead armor on our vehicles and nuke everyone. You sir are the one who is in need of an education.

Where are you getting your information? Did it come from the same people who told us about all those weapons of mass destruction in Iraq? It's war propaganda bro.. And judging by this thread, it's quite effective. You are just regurgitating baseless talking points that you probably heard on the O'rilly factor last night. You are a product of the pro-Isreal elite.

Regarding Ahmadinejad's comments about 911; several members of the committee that was assigned to investigate the events of September 11 are on the record for saying that the 9-11 commission report is full of holes, and opens the door for conspiracy theories. Until we can properly assemble a report that accurately details the events of that day; I don't blame anyone for having questions. If we were in the business of promoting peace around the world, instead of hatred, there would be no need for any nation to have nuclear weapons. Please somebody, justify your hatred towards Ahmadinejad without regurgitating the unsubstantiated propaganda that has been repeatedly promoted by the pro-Israel media. Violence leads to violence... If we attack Iran we will undoubtedly incite hatred among the Iranian populous and instigate future terrorist attacks. We will be less safe by invading Iran.

Am I missing something here? Could one of you please justify your derogatory comments towards the Iranian president? You make us American's look like a bunch of pigs when you say things like "send him back to Iran in 37 separate mason jars." Iran is a humble nation with no history of violence. And Ahmadinejad is loved by his people. Why should we be so concerned with the affairs of Israel? If anything we should apologize to the Iranians for our failed intervention in 1979, and then leave them alone. Who gave the United States the role of "world policeman?" How do we justify using force to keep a nation from developing a nuclear weapon when we ourselves have many of them? Israel could turn Iran into a pile of dust in seconds. Unless Iran is a "suicidal nation," they are no threat to Israel... Even with a nuclear weapon.
