Happy Friday (night) peoples of the earth! I'm very late because I keep forgetting this is here until I start cleaning up the zillion open tabs on my iPad. I had a very inspired and productive week. I started keeping track of all the things I need to deal with each day in a perpetually open Word document, instead of scratching it on notepads, and then ending up with 5 notepads. I maintained a positive attitude at work in spite of the quicksand pits strategically placed in almost every thing I am responsible for.

After my healing workshop last weekend, I renewed my focus on being there and listening and supporting all of the staff. From top to bottom. I can tell it made a difference.

Also, a new, slightly older woman acquaintance took me out to lunch and listened and asked questions and supported me in a nice, un-yukky, maternal kind of way. She has the same kind of empathic sense that I get with people and it was so nice to have that. She is going to have a dinner party and invite single guys to it that she thinks I might like.

AND!!! And, another friend is going to host a big birthday party for me and I invited pretty much everyone I know in a 50 mile radius. There's going to be music jams and food and kids and dogs and cake!

I feel like I started asking the Universe for help again and it got seriously busy and every day has been filled with wondrous, nurturing surprises. Including finding this site at the end of the day! I have a friend with a professional music studio who is giving me free time to record a song, and another fabulous pianist friend who is going to accompany, so I'm finally taking steps to do my own music, rather than being at the mercy of local directors and the uncontrollable drama of cast members.

I'm glad to read about your movie viewing, I love to see movies by myself and I'm glad you liked Ghostbusters and The Rock movie.
