Thanks, Ferd, and you're right, it is a beautiful state. I'm always telling myself how fortunate I am to live here because I really feel we have the best of two worlds...we have the beach to the east and mountains to the west. Besides that, there is a wealth of historical sites and a rich heritage in this state. And even the states around us have a lot of opportunities to explore and discover much about this country we are privileged to live in. I hope you're able to join us soon!

I really thought that today's Sunday Scenery would be the photo that would grab your attention, but I'm glad you liked this one. The great thing about trying to photograph butterflies is that you get a lot of exercise. That's a good thing, I guess.
