As Americans, we cherish " Equal justice under Law" ; not "social justice" ( justice for the select few at the expense of many). It is clear from this case ( and others) that Eric Holder is unfit to hold the office of the nation's highest law enforcement officer in the land. There seems to be a pervasive idea within this administration that only caucasians are capable of racism- and no one else. If Mr. Holder clings to such an odious notion then in reality, when it comes to race relations in this nation, he himself is the biggest coward of them all. He has also proven what a hypocrite he is.

montanawildman, My first job was the U.S.A.F. and we barely made the minimum wage (1979). We weren't crying about it either! Of course it's coming from the indoctrination of the public schools. Don't you know? EVERYONE is just so "special"!!! Today you get a trophy just for showing up- we can't have any competition because someone's feelings might get hurt when they lose. ( Or because they just plain stink at the activity.) We all know however that reality has a way of intruding into this fairytale and the rude awakening they are in for will be awful to behold. ( Of course these people will then turn around and look for someone to blame because, after all they're just " victims". This whole miserable business ( the public schools) is just pathetic and wretched.) It makes me want to wretch!!!

I've been thinking alot lately about the character of the current occupant of the White House and here it is!- 18 " For when they speak great swelling words of emptiness, they allure through the lusts of the flesh , through lewdness, the ones who have actually escaped from those who live in error. 19 While they promise them Liberty, they themselves are slaves of corruption; for by whom a person is overcome, by him also he is brought into bondage".- 2 Peter 2: 18, & 19.

The question was asked " Who, or what is responsible for protecting the Constitution of The United States of America? The answer is simple- We The People. We are to be the guardians of Liberty for all time and the Constitution, including the Bill of Rights, provides us with the tools to do the job. The Declaration of Independence also provides guidance in this matter. Now, We The People need to understand that this task is not some esoteric academic exercise. The people who are hard at work wrecking our Liberty need to go- preferably under arrest. (If I had been general McChrystal last week, I would have brought an infantry platoon with me and placed Barack Obama under arrest, ( along with Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, Al Franken, Lindsey Graham, et al) and had them charged with TREASON. The legitimacy of any government only comes through the " consent of the governed", and We The People do NOT give our consent to the destruction of OUR Republic.

Now, HOW do We The People reassert our sovereignty? We take a page out of the union handbook- we organize and stand united. Let us set aside trivial and petty differences and unite around our common cause- the strengthening of the public Liberty and the removal of ALL traitors, ( communists, facists, jihadists, socialists, and all who love tyranny). Let us not lose our focus because of the distracting tactics of the enemy- their favorite tactic is to " divide & conquer". Against a united front they will certainly melt away because when evil is forcibly confronted by good, evil will certainly flee. " The wicked flee though no one persues, but the righteous are as bold as a lion".- Proverbs.

Excuse me Mr. Hill but could you at least spell Mr. Klinghoffers' name correctly? It is after all right there in the text! Additionally, you may not be aware of this salient fact but Leon Klinghoffer was a concentration camp survivor who met his untimely end that sorry day simply because he was a Jew. Why do you ignore the fact that storming ANY nations embassy is an Act of War? Why do you ignore the fact that hostage-taking has been an instrument of Iranian foreign policy for decades? And finally, since you seem to think you are such a genius when it comes to the geopolitical realities of the middle east- kindly share with the rest of us your righteous solution to the problems which plague that region. You see, I am quite capable of " putting together a coherent idea" !!!

Pappy, we let ourselves get into this mess because we never imagined that the enemies of Liberty would be members of our own government. It was unthinkable to us that anyone born into the freedom we all enjoyed when we were growing up would work so hard to destroy the priceless treasure of Liberty. Let us therefore NEVER forget, " The price of Liberty is eternal vigilance". ( I don't remember who first said this, can anyone out there help me out?)

Hey joehill, I've got some inconvenient facts for you: Fact number 1- In 1979 Iran storms U.S. embassy in Tehran, in and of itself an Act of War. Fact number 2- Over the next 20 years the Iranian mullahs in Tehran wage a proxy war against the United States, most notably against unarmed civilian targets. Their known rule of warfare is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes, & conditions. ( Think of Leon Klinghoffer who was thrown overboard by these thugs when the Achille Lauro ocean liner was hijacked. Mr. Klinghoffer was confined to a wheelchair at the time.) Fact number 3- Al Quida was based in Afganistan at the time of the September 11 attacks and had been given sanctuary by the taliban. Fact number 4- Al Quida, Hezbollah, Hamas, et al all recieve funding and other forms of material support from the mullahs in Tehran. These proxies must be hunted down and destroyed ( search & destroy) first, wherever they may be hiding. I detect the stench of sympathy for these dirtbags on your part, and that makes you a traitor.
