The geological survey of shabia came to Ethiopia and demanded the vise minster of Ethioian mines and oile minster (the guy was from Ogaden kililil) that all the geological work on Eritrea must forwarded to Eritrea.It was new challenge nobody experienced before but after some important tel calls the guy got permission. But the shabi guy after he got secured the permission he demanded the geologeical data of Ogaden too! (Shabi means acid, you know). The rejection went back to the vise misister but the answer is stil no with shcoking amusment. The matter went to the higher level to the minister, still the anwer is no. Then it went down to (high up) to tplf cadre who was afraid by many becasue he was the member of the reduction of redundant manpower. Since then no-body heard of either the eri or the ogaden geological data. But the responsible person for the data was the first one to loose the job becasue of redundancy.

To refresh your memory 1) When thousands Ethiopians thrown out of Eritrea and lived around a place called Janmeda without shelter (police had to destroy theri plastic house because there was live concert in Janmeda), tplf radio was telling us story how Ethiopians colonized eritreans. 2) For the last 20 years only tigrians were holding key positions in the political, military, police, business, including religious key positions.3) 60,000 eritreans refugees in tigray live better than 12millions of Ethiopians in their own country. 4) EFFORT the buisness department has accumulated wealth by the help of tplf through corruption and unjust wealth share of the country just because the org. belongs to tigrians. 5) The unfair investment and development of tplf government of Ethiopia towards tigrai compared to the other killils. The above are by themselves are criminal acts but Mr Editor you even don’t want this to be told. Coming to Chile, they don’t have your ethnicity policy disease. You call Chile poor country but Chile's GDP is $243.569 billion for 17million people while our country GDP is $85.119 billion for 85million. Off course ours is different if you compares tigray's alone compared to the rest of the country. Once in a while try to confront the regime in my way then you see a change. Ethiopia is for all of us. We make tplf regime better than shabians regime not because we were submissive but we say no for one ethnic dominance and dictatorship.

This is a good idea. But we have to stop this tplf-derg kind of system. First the policy makers must discuss the advantage of the new policy to the workers directly or through thier association, if there is any. Through the discussion both can come up wiht a better solution regading to the uniforms; like price subsidiesation, the kind of uniforms for the different regions, higine, even as far as writting name tag on the uniform, and codes of serving the custmoers, etc. We have to learn from our past mistakes and what the others developed countries are doing and find appropriate solution which fits our economy ability and other social aspects of ours. The era of dictating in 2010 is over.
