Look this is stupid. First of all it is laughable to imagine that he Israeli government is giving privileged information about this most sensitive of issues to any journalist, even friends of Netanyahu. Secondly, the article makes an interesting claim: Israel's investigation has revealed some 100 people infiltrated the peace and humanitarian aid activists making their way to Gaza, with the explicit design to attack Israeli soldiers using cold arms. So you see, the article is careful to distinguish between alleged "infiltrators" and peace activists. Therefore this article is being intellectually disingenuous to attempt to cast aspersions on legitimate peace activists. The Israeli claim is that "infiltrators" were the problem. That's pretty weak tea, in my opinion. Israel, and the Jewish Conservative Leadership, have a real mess on their hands now.

I've seen the video too. What is shown is inconclusive at best. I guess we'll see what a jury thinks once the case proceeds. There is evidence that Gladney was not seriously injured. Surely if there were medical evidence of severe injury, or at least more serious than a separated shoulder, which McCowan sustained, his legal team would be waving those documents from the highest roofbeams. I'll remain skeptical, if it's all the same to you.

If you have evidence of bias on the part of the prosecutor, you should demonstrate it, though I don't see how you would be privy to such information since there hasn't been a record of any testimony, as the trial has yet to begin. Wishful thinking may be a help when it comes to masturbation practices, but in matters of litigation it's not really useful.
