Okay, I'll try this again! Yes, we love Texas and I've been here 20 years, originally from New York. My boyfriend, born and raised and I can't imagine living anywhere else. As they say, not from here, but got here as fast as I could. I'm following your posts, especially concerning Newt. It's nice to see folks put it in such an intelligent manner. I'm not surprised about what they are trying to do in CA, never mind the fact that the state is bankrupt. Pains me that people just don't get it. But, as hey say, you cannot fix stupid. As far as Texas goes, depends on where you want to live, but it's definitely much cheaper. I love my RED, right-to-work, tort reform state, and I work for lawyers. Go figure. Hey, I tried to reply to your earlier response and it wouldn't let me. I'll try again - definitely get your behind to Texas. I still believe there is a solid reason why Glenn Beck moved here, especially to be in the South. Where we all cling to our guns and Bibles.

...or when Paul told Rick he was being "overly sensitive" when he felt the need to defend himself on something that had nothing to do with him. We sit there saying he's just "too whiney" - and his facial expression when Paul said he was being overly sensitive, I thought, imagine that face when BHO tears you up somehow.
Agreed - because it was tried the 'other' way when Reagan was in office, and you MUST seal the border FIRST. When all the other candidates say "breaking the law is breaking the law" - how do you propose we round up ALL of them, specifically the ones who have contributed to their community, which is what he's saying, for 20+ years and at what cost, and to WHOM? When we think rationally, it's not amnesty because he's not doing it to get a VOTE.
