What I do not want to happen is for the automakers' CEO's to use the bailout money to give themselves raises and bonuses and then file bankruptcy, which should have been done in the first place.

Frieda: Thank you for the address. I just sent an email also. Obama's behavior is totally disgusting and embarassing. I think the biggest slap in the face of Prime Minister Brown was that he was not given a State Dinner and also that he was not afforded a joint press conference. The British newspapers are having a field day with this and making us all look stupid for electing such an inexperienced and arrogant leader.

I could never live like that. I feel sorry for the ones who want to get out and can't. Until they decide they do not want to live like that, it will always be a way of life for them. I thank the Lord I wasn't born into that religion.

Rush Limbaugh took a lot of heat for saying he wants President Obama to fail -- but a lot of Democrats felt the same way about former President George W. Bush during his second term. An August 2006 poll conducted by FOX News/Opinion Dynamics showed 51 percent of Democrats did not want Bush to succeed. Thirty-four percent of independents also did not want Bush to succeed. By comparison, 90 percent of Republicans said at the time that they wanted Bush to succeed, and 40 percent of Democrats said the same. Conservative radio talk show host Limbaugh says he doesn't want the economy to fail -- just Obama's policies. But his comments last month at the Conservative Political Action Conference drew sharp criticism from the White House. After CPAC, White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel told CBS' "Face the Nation" that Limbaugh's stance was the "wrong philosophy for America."

WASHINGTON -- The Pentagon charged Monday that five Chinese ships shadowed and maneuvered dangerously close to a U.S. Navy vessel in an apparent attempt to harass the American crew. Defense officials in the Obama administration said the incident Sunday followed several days of "increasingly aggressive" acts by Chinese ships in the region. The incident took place in international waters in the South China Sea, about 75 miles south of Hainan Island.

TIJUANA, Mexico — Mexican authorities say a U.S. man was among three decapitated victims found this week in the northern border city of Tijuana. State prosecutors say the body of 38-year-old Jorge Norman Harrison was found by joggers Tuesday along with two other bodies near Tijuana's bullring. Police say the three bodies also were missing their hands and one its feet. Prosecutors said in a statement Friday that Norman Harrison had been convicted for drug trafficking in the United States. They said investigators searched a pizzeria he owned in Tijuana and found four handguns and more than 100 Valium pills. An official with the U.S. Consulate in Tijuana confirmed Norman Harrison's death but declined to give any other details.

Martha Stewart's dog dies in Pa. kennel blast LEHIGHTON, Pa. — Martha Stewart's puppy has died in a propane explosion at a northeastern Pennsylvania kennel. Stewart says on her blog she's "deeply saddened" by the death of her chow, Ghengis Khan, in Friday's blast at Pazzazz Pet Boarding kennel in the Pocono Mountains.
