Those on here supporting Jeremy Hunt clearly have forgotten that we have been here before with Theresa May,
Recall that Theresa May made an utter mess of the Home Office and failed to protect our borders. Jeremy Hunt has destroyed the NHS and now claims to have been its savior by demanding the 20 billion that Simon Stevens would have resigned over as ‘Negotiator’ Hunt was only going to put in 8 billion. Faced with collapse of the NHS, Hunt finally backed down. He would make an awful PM , Theresa May mkII
He needed anti Boris moderator Iain Dale of LBC fame to try and undermine Boris. Iain Dale’s dislike of Boris is well known, so this hustings proved nothing as Jeremy Hunt had an easy ride.

Is Boris playing it cute or is he saying all things to all men? I hope that during the community hustings he comes clean. It looks like Johnson v Gove unless Javid backs Boris in return for the Chancellorship, also with Germany the largest donor going into recession why on earth preserve the EU by giving them £39 billion? We need to have our £10 billion back from the European Central Bank and have a managed No Deal Brexit.

In fact it must be for the Parliamentary Party to pledge allegiance to the new crowned leader of the party. This is the traditional way of letting bygones be bygones and moving forward in Unity. Those who do not make that pledge of unity and falling in behind the new leader must resign the whip and their seat as now the existential threat requires loyalty. If the likes of Grieve and Rudd and Lee are allowed to conduct a guérilla campaign then this will only strengthen the hand of Jeremy Corbyn. This is now about the Party the Union and delivering Brexit

Don Quixote and windmills spring to mind, or better the black knight from Monty Python having lost an arm and a leg, saying that it’s just a flesh wound lol

Ok
So all depends on the hustings and the secret ballot of the MPs how common is it for the winner of the first ballot to go on to lose getting onto the final paper, anyone know? Someone saying Michael Portillo on the TV...

Rory Stewart just went off on one, on Sky News saying that he would bring down a Boris Government by a sitting in Methodist Central Hall with other MPs if Boris prorogues Parliament and describing that and what Charles 1st did as he describes as unconstitutional.
Will Rory resign the whip if Boris wins?

Well done Boris
Surely he doesn’t need to enter the rest of the rounds?
Having got over 106, he automatically secured his place on the ballot, so apart from the membership ballet by people like me, it’s scrabbling around for the second place on the membership ballot paper Or have I got the rules wrong.
So much for ABB campaign. How many faux Tories will now resign the whip, ahem Dominic Grieve and Philip Lee, Boles etc. Let’s have by-elections and new blood to vote for NO DEAL get rid of Philip Hammond and make GB great again!

What planet are you on?!?
A Remain Parliament is out of step with the will of the people, who then are they representing other than their own corrupt interests. Not only defrauding the people with their expense claims, or voting themselves massive pay rises and gold plated pensions, and now attempting to reverse Brexit if you really support these hypocrites, then shame on you as your view counts for bugger all. Why not vote for Jeremy Corbyn instead? As Oliver Letwin and the duplicitous Dominic Grieve betray the UK. Let’s save the Parliamentary days for real debates. Like shutting down the House of Lords or prosecuting those who just sign their name collect £300 daily and go home, this is ermine collar fraud of the highest degree. Yes if this is your representative Parliament then it is in line with your values, oh God help us all...

Now we hear that Labour will tomorrow try to make it illegal to support the will of the people, and with fools like@anna_soubry and Oliver Letwin who should both be deselected by their constituencies, will climb on board with this obscene attempt to thwart a No Deal. If the Remainer Tories support this then they will encourage the notion that all Remainers are the enemies of democracy and traitors of the Union. Surely that kind of allegation would be incredibly damaging to public order in this country.
It’s now time to call a spade a spade.
Our court case will rule that in fact we have already left the EU in law, so there will be an injunction or judicial ruling that the UK is currently out of the EU since 29th March
