Many still consider the study of body language and "microgestures" a pseudo-science, but as an aficionado of such things, I gotta say that watching Pelosi's presser was HILARIOUS. Botox masks all the little facial tics and clues, but it does not hide the sweating, stammering, fidgeting, and constant licking of the lips that are used as "tells." These are signs of nervousness, fear, and deception. Some might argue that she was just nervous. Well, why? She's no stranger to the camera. She's one of the most powerful people in the country. This certainly isn't the first time she's been accused of lying. She's nervous and fearful because she KNOWS no one is buying her story. Even the hard-core leftists of her party are are shaking their heads and saying "Okay, hang on. What??" This is what, her SEVENTH try at getting her story straight?
