The IAM Grand lodge convention was in Orlando Fla, happens once every 4 years. The IAM and delegates where scheduled to go there prior to the negotiation process even starting. Grand lodge consists of 5000 IAM members and delegates from across U.S.A. and Canada. So it's not like they are standing in line for the Matterhorne negotiating a contract.
