Responsible thing would have to just ask him to leave. I'm sure he would have left and felt dumb. Instead these guys will probably end up paying his medical bills. If he does have a history of sleep walking the charges(if any were charged against him) will be dropped. I was listening to a sleep expert today actually and he stated that anyone that has a history of sleep walking(this must be proven with extensive research and validation) can have most charges dropped even if it is rape or violent acts.
