Applejack can just be plopped down next to Rarity. They'd both enjoy The Princess Bride just as much. I recall AJ saying something about "a bang-up yarn".
According to Alexander Ian, Rarity is Spike.
Being a movie junkie, I considered this a long time ago. I always thought Apollo 13 was a decent choice to showcase one of humanity's grandest scientific pursuits, as well as the near-disaster that held the world's attention (like The Martian, only it really happened). Karate Kid (2010) struck me as an acceptably broad (or at least not too narrow) window into other facets of humanity (pulling up roots, bullies, making and breaking friendships, personal achievement, etc). As much as I'd love to wow them with Star Wars, I would rather appoint John Carter as their first popcorn blockbuster. "A Princess of Mars" came first and laid down the tropes and conventions for every story of its kind to come afterward.
Additionally, it'd be best to show them Dragonheart before they stumble upon the many darker representations that dragons have in human culture.
I really feel like ripping that sticky note off her lip and stuffing it into her mouth...
Alright. Thanks for the info.
Well, that's Russia. By the time the U.S. blindbag series featured all the princesses, the CMC, Shining Armor, about sixty background ponies, and a Smarty Pants doll, there was still no Spike. Actually, there still isn't.
Kinda obvious, Bolt. The fact that you had no idea anyone was ever missing is actually exactly what identifies him.
If Hasbro had finally added the last main character to their blind bag series, you'd think it would be big news. But no. Where does one get that thing? Is it exclusive to Russia?
Banner today's a grumpifying piece of shit...
panyang's gif isn't animated...
I'll consider taking that chill pill after she apologizes for (or at least admits wrongdoing in) Rarity and the Curious Case of Charity.
