It was not sarcasm. The characters in Equestria Girls are written just as good as they are in Friendship is Magic and the animation is done by the same company, DHX Media/Top Draw.

Let me start out by saying that the quality of entertainment that Hasbro Studios produces cannot be flat out categorized as good or bad. Everybody is entitled to their own opinions. This "shit quality entertainment that only some enjoy" that you typed out should have been something more like this "Equestria Girls films that most people enjoy". I mean, have you seen the poll results asking the opinion of the Equestria Girls franchise after Rainbow Rocks came out? Saying that people will watch the movies just because they are MLP branded and include a single character is downright ignorant.

I was thinking the exact same thing. We all know that CMC_Scootaloo always shows up to claim that us EqG fans aren't "true bronies" and that we are "ruining the show".

Have you ever considered that the Equestria Girls franchise has turned out to be so successful thanks to the high quality of the writing and animation? Just because you don't like something doesn't mean that other people shouldn't.
