It is interesting that the previous administration can authorize pouring water over the heads of known terrorists and mass murderers, (but leaving them alive and unharmed), with the intent of possibly saving thousands of lives - but some consider this criminal and immoral. Years later, those who participated in this endeavor are demonized and even threatened with prosecution.

However, the current administration can authorize pouring bullets into the heads of Somali pirates, (leaving them dead), with the intent of possibly saving the life of a single (but heroic) sea captain. This is entirely moral and courageous and weeks later it is entirely forgotten.

Are our judgments based on who performed the deed rather than what was done?

Another “stimulus” bill!! This is actually the third attempt. The first one involved sending money directly to citizens in the form of tax rebates (whether they actually paid taxes or not). That didn’t work and the economy got worse. The second involved massive government spending - that has not worked and may actually be impeding the recovery. It will definitely cause massive inflation in the future.
Kill the second attempt before the money is spent and start a real stimulus by reducing the taxes on American businesses and get goods and services flowing again.

Exactly. The socialists are using "climate change" to get support from the evironmentalists for their plan to ruin the economy. When you are lacking support for your agenda, you disguise it in other "issues".

A good “problem solver” would figure a way to attack climate change without killing the economy. Is the real target Climate Change or American Capitalism?

The US is under attack from cyberspace, identity theft is rampant, the economy is in the tank, our freedoms are being challenged by radical extremists; but our representatives are confronting unfair NCAA football playoffs. Is there a severe case of ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) in our government?

As member of a Tea Party, we need to advocate Principles not Parties. If a candidate supports sound principles he or she is worthy of consideration, regardless of party.

As we approach Independence Day, it is sad to realize that the present administration is intent on making more citizens dependent on the government.

Happy INDEPENDENCE DAY to those who realize what they have. To those who chose dependence, perhaps someday you will realize what you have lost.
