There is vile and menacing attacks done by both liberal and conservative and this is what is wrong with this country. People are so busy hating that we will never pull together. I have to agree with you. I don't believe kids are being challenged enough to do well, they have to dumb down the classes and the kids get bored. As hard as this is to say but having different levels of classes, i.e. classes for gifted, classes for slower learners and mainstream classes sets the bar for the levels kids learn and challenges them all.

Wow, I'm sorry this is so hard for you to understand, don't really understand why you feel the need to be so aggressive. Here is what I meant and I really hope you can comprehend what I mean . This is absolutely no big deal to have single occupancy toilets, big deal so what. What I was saying is we have had on college campuses totally coed bathrooms with multiple stalls and showers so why should this be any big deal. The whole issue seems to be a nonissue. Oh and by the way, the correct word is whether. The weather you are using is pertinent only when talking about rain, cold, wind, etc.

I lived in one of those dorms "back in the day". It was uncomfortable at first going into the bathroom and seeing guys running around naked until we realized that they were no "big" deal and then we stopped noticing or caring about them. I lived in a coed dorm but on an all female floor, like that mattered.

I have an allergy to cats, it's dangerous and unhealthy for me to be around them. I think all cats should be banned from apartments as well, they are dirty and use the flower beds as catboxes. I'm just trying to show that once we go down this road this will be a possibility. Should perfume be banned because the scent could possibly affect a resident who is allergic? Why can't there be a compromise and the landlords can allow smoking or make it a smoke free complex and the tenants can choose to live where they want? I don't want to be around smoke but I don't like losing having choices.

I'm white and I got stopped coming back from Mexico to the US. They questioned me because they thought I was Eastern European. I didn't get upset I figured it was part of the process so answered all the questions, showed my id and was able to go on my way. The way the law is worded is they can ask anyone they suspect of being illegal regardless of their color or where they think they may be from.
