The largest reason/excuse I hear is that woking people have no time for checkups. I think employers should include a paid day per year that would be allowed for no other reason than to allow a checkup for the empoyee. The employer can require proof of a checkup. If the proof is produced by the employee, he/she will get a discount on their share of the premium. If it is not, the employee would be required to pay a larger share of the premium.
