In other words,the remedies to society that are normally a function of the church have left up to the government. What God intended for individuals to do through personal charity has been hijacked by political entities in a power grab,but only because we personally weren't doing our jobs. Whenever we fail at self-governance,another power is always ready to take over for us. I see no real reduction in the size or scope of the federal government without having growth of self-determination and responsibility that we place on ourselves first. That is what's so important about the tea parties. They represent a return to our priorities.
