Ummmm, Hold up there. Obama expanded on the patriot act. He didn't abloish it.... he enlarged it. Perhaps you need to go do more reading up on what Bush actually did.... and what Obamas doing now.

Lawyer? That's the problem now, too many lawyers. The only reason why anyone would become a criminal for shooting someone that enters THEIR home unenvited, is because of bleeding hearts that have made the laws better for criminals than for the honest man.

While I DO agree with term limits... we need to do sometihng more. Return Government to it's rightful place. NO MORE Fed Reserve, NO more welfare, NO more social security ( 10-20 years down the road) Fair tax only. The government is only there to keep America safe... not support it. My property taxes pay for schools.... Stop taxing my labor and I can afford health insurance.... get the idea.... if there isn't so much for our government to get corrupt about... then they probably won't. NO MORE HAND OUTS! NO MORE ILLEGAL TAXES ( check the constitution for tax on labor- illegal) think about it.... take our money out of their hands.. and they can't spend it.

Parents' Rights
Parents have the responsibility to care for, love and nurture their children. Parents, and not the government, should determine how their children are raised and how they should be educated.
At a time when government at every level seems to encroach upon the ability of parents to choose the best for their children, it is important to preserve parental rights into the Constitution. Doing so would protect parents’ ability to raise their children.
I will be introducing a Parents’ Rights Constitutional Amendment this Congress which would protect parents’ rights to raise their children from unnecessary government intrusion.
I am maintaining a list of confirmed supporters who will be added as original co-sponsors when the resolution is introduced in the 111th Congress.

WOO-WHOO! I agree with you. The only problem their having with the plan, is how to seal the border. When asked about how to seal the Rio Grand... the people replied... we meant the red river! LOL...... You're very close to being right about leaving the union... it's being talked about all over the place.
