The intense heat of the fire will have melted everything inside. Deckplates and internal bulkheads are aluminum and all the wiring etc melt also. Expensive electronics also go. Subs are very fragile once you get inside the pressure hull.

If Dennis Balske (Kip's attorney) wants Kip to have a new trial this badly perhaps he will be willing to cover the millions of dollars that this will cost the taxpayers. As a taxpaying citizen of Oregon I would appreciate it very much if my hard earned money wasn't wasted on Kip Kinkel more than it already is. Kip must not like MacLaren as much as the OYA stay (Oregon Youth Authority) this may be a contributing factor into his request for a new trial. I can't find even the slightest trace of sympathy for him; he is where he belongs and he should stay there till he rots.

Hi, I can answer this. I lived on Midway and probably passed this same bird hundreds of times and may have even seen her raising one of these chicks. Some facts: 65 days to incubate a chick, another 160 days for the chick to fledge: 225 right there, nearly 2/3 of a year. Next a newly fledged Albatross will spend the next 3-4 years at sea maturing. Close to the 5 year mark they return to wherever their colony is and begin to select a mate. Even then, mating doesn't occur for perhaps another year or two as they mate for life and wait and see if conditions in the pairing are right to raise a chick.

The privilege created by this subsection may be claimed by either spouse. The authority of the spouse to claim the privilege and the claiming of the privilege is presumed in the absence of evidence to the contrary. A prosecutor may be able to break privilege but he will have to work very hard to convince a judge to do so. If there was anything said by Terri to Kaine that will incriminate her she can use privilege to prevent testimony.
