A co-worker who lives where it's legal says that many that do buy fireworks don't set them off on their property. They go to a public place like the park and ride lot because they don't want the mess in their yards. So the "patriots" leave a huge mess for someone else. She said the parking lot looked like a bunch of cardboard boxes exploded all over the place. I believe another poster already said with freedom comes responsibility. The real whiners are the ones that want to shoot the fireworks without the inconvenience of using common sense and cleaning up their mess. And yes, I do miss shooting them off in a neighborhood with reasonable people in it. It's rated at 28 mpg. The interior could be better, but then again, it's a Jeep. I could also afford it. The RAV4s in the same year were up to $6,000 to $7,000 more expensive than what I paid. I believe they got less gas mileage too. Main things I would improve on the Jeep is getting the diesel version over here or one that uses an alternative fuel all together. It's just up a side street from where the statue of liberty is. I've only had their family style chicken dinner, but it was very good. I believe the menu was old style comfort food.
