It doesn't really matter how enforceable the non-compete is. All it takes is a jimmy johns manager sending a letter with the words "tortious interference" to the McDonalds manager who stole his chatel, and the ingrate will be shiat canned. No ones going to spend the time or absorb the risk of figuring out if the claim is legit over a minimum wage employee.

You think the Rock's promos were unscripted? They were nothing but repetitions of his stock catchphrases.

I don't know if the Mexican feds are about US copyrights. They use music that they sure as hell aren't paying for in their shows. According to Konan, the mexican court system is such a ckusterfuck that it's not worth the trouble of pursuing IP cases there.

That's brilliant. Piss all of your fans off all for the sake of a "Swerve"! David Arquette becoming World Champ was probably the biggest swerve of all time, because everyone though it was so fucking stupid that not even a moron like Vince Russo would think to do it. Nobody saw it coming, but that didn't make it good.

The most important thing when starting a wrestling promotion is to make sure you have race car drivers!

Nothing that JR said was "trashing" the Warrior. He had nothing to offer in the ring, that's just a fact. Hogan was better than him in the ring, which is really saying something.

As far as the Andre story goes, its well known that the Warrior,in addition to being the drizzly shits as a wrestler, was also stiff, reckless and unsafe. Andre got tired of getting potatoed and kicked the holy hell out of him. I think that's a good indication of how he felt about the warrior.

Youay feed me your down votes now.

It kind of does matter that this stuff is true. Are we supposed to pretend that his matches were watchable, that he didn't permanently injure Heenan, that he wasn't an idiotic steroid gobbling hate monger, etc. because you thought he was cool when you were 8?

Probably the tag team whose gimmick was that they were walking dongs. That and the massive success of weekly pay per views.
