What I don't understand is there seem to be a large number of people who assume that this will not only be the same Hyrule and same overworld and such, but also the same Link. This could be many years after ALttP. IE, we've had the sacred realm for a while thanks to Link touching the complete triforce in ALttP, but now, after many years, something goes wrong.

What kind of question is that? Of COURSE orchestrated music would be a good idea. That was an awesome video. I didn't understand the song being broken into four parts in the same way. I thought they were supposed to be attached end to end to make a longer song, not layered together for harmony. Very cool.

I actually wrote Nintendo asking them to focus on a new Zelda for the 3DS and not Majora's Mask. If Grezzo works on it, there will still need to be someone from the Zelda team, maybe Aonuma, who has to oversee it and that will more than likely slow down a new Zelda. Majora's Mask was great, but I'd rather have something new. Nintendo responded, too. I'm apparently the only one to have written about wanting new games more than old ones. Is that really the message we want to be sending Nintendo?

I've heard that before Twilight Princess and Ocarina of Time were individually released, Nintendo showed a beta of sorts where Link was walking around in an open forest. It wasn't segmented into "rooms" as we know Zelda, but just one, open forest without a whole lot of direction. It apparently brought to mind the Zelda games of yore. I think, personally, that would be pretty cool.
