Probably because it's so new to our day and age being a legal substance. Alcohol kills tens of thousands of people every year and marijuana 0, yes ZERO. FACT. If he crashed a car while high that most likely would not be condoned, as the law states you can't drive after consuming marijuana. Taking one's own life after consuming drugs or alcohol of any kind means the individual has a mental instability and probably battles with suicidal thoughts/tendencies. The drug may just be the catalyst to go to the extreme.

Streetscape "Improvement" Project? Many parking spots removed for big slabs of ugly concrete and a few rocks trying to pass as benches?! Are the cops in jail yet, or just on leave? What if a citizen discharged a firearm in the city limits, not during hunting season, and never reported it. I was truly hoping for a traffic light at that intersection and had contacted CDOT both BEFORE and after TJ's accident, but only received "canned" responses.
