Fund My Mutual Fund - Stock Market, Economic, Equity Analysis - Via A Model Mutual Fund : WSJ: Recession Turns Malls into Ghost Towns; "Dead Malls" to Grow to 100 Nationwide

Interesting - this article seems to be talking about the old fashioned covered malls. I wonder how the newer outdoor malls are doing nationwide. We have one here in LA called The Grove that opened about 5 years ago and another similar one in Glendale. There's another in Santa Monica. All are hugely popular and still seem to be busy. One of the large indoor malls here, The Beverly Center does seem to be doing poorly though . . . .

Wow - you put your money where you're mouth is. That you post exactly what your positions are every week give you a degree of credibility in your reporting that I don't find on most of the other blogs!

Fund My Mutual Fund - Stock Market, Economic, Equity Analysis - Via A Model Mutual Fund : Real April Unemployment Rate Reaches 12.9%

Ah, sorry about that, I noticed I failed to note my state after I sent the comment. I'm in the other 1 state depression - California (LA). I drive out to Palm Springs (120 miles east) through Riverside county every weekend. Not so pretty out that way either, high season is just ending for golf and it was a very slow year.
