Breitbart.com : GE uranium enrichment plans raise fears: report

Of course we will develop the technology! Not for Iran, but for China. We make it, they steal it. Then they make lots of U235 and sell it for profit to Iran, and just to be fair to Saudi Arabia and any other aggressive or defensive nation. We are the suckers selling out our political offices to the highest bidder. The means? Why internet donations of course. Not required to document donations under $200 and no proof that you are a human instead of a java script required on any donation site: democrat, republican, libertarian or other. Don't tell anyone, but our government is for sale...

Breitbart.com : Honda plans nuclear mission for robot: media

There are a lot of jobs where we could use robots. Mining has proven pretty dangerous, and uranium and thorium mining doubly so because of low level radiation. The robots going into the damaged/destroyed power plants have to be exceptionally hardened. The radiation is ionizing and will flip memory bits scrambling the robots brains. The radiation will also slowly cause the robot to become radioactive. (Fast neutrons change stable nuclei into unstable ones.)

Big Government : Why John Ziegler is Wrong About Sarah Palin's Electability

The moderate republicans are falling behind Romney and Palenty and trying to take on the TEA Party/Patriot Party though surrogates to prevent a backlash. Big money is mostly falling to Romney. The question is who will represent the Tea Party/Patriots? Which candidate will find the funding to take on Romney with his Global Warming and other "moderate" positions? Please put your money where your mouth is and send some money to the candidate of your choice.

Big Journalism : Is Palin Done? They Wish

The Powerline boys, as you say, have no say in the matter. It takes people and money to run for office. Palin has 2.6 million followers on FaceBook. In the race in Maryland, the republican candidate raised almost 2 million dollars the very day Palin called on her supporters to support this lady. http://www.SarahPAC.com has been up since shortly after the last presidential election - sitting there, waiting... Most candidates need seed money so they go to the RNC, hat in hand and ask for help to get their campaign started. Conservatively speaking because I am one, Palin will raise 10 million plus the first day she announces she is running, and she will have 50 thousand plus volunteers for her campaign by the next day and organizations in every state within a week. (I bet she is busy vetting those she wants to lead the state campaigns.) Without the help of the RNC she can win the primary. After all, the democrats will cross over and vote for her too because they think they can beat her in the general election. No, the only hope Romney, and all the other establishment types have is the hope that she will not run. If she does, they are toast. Right now is planning and strategy time. No use being on the front line as a candidate any earlier than needed.

It is called satire, you might get a laugh out of it once in a while while remembering the song. Dainty she ain't. She has muscales! (deliberate mispronunciation for effect). So my Belle (my pretty) she isn't - more like my bellicose. It is kind of like me telling you how intellectually stimulating I find your comments! That is satire. You human and not know that? (parroted that from short circuit). But there is a lot you don't know. You only have the liberal text book. You need to get out more (parroted from the Count of Monti Cristo). Not much is original in this world, lest of all your thought patterns...

Rather she outwitted the democrat agents filing bogus lawsuits (only one dinged her for a few hundred for taking a daughter with her on a flight). By leaving the office, she outflanked the opposition and lead the attack on the liberal members of the Congress and the Senate. She is learning how to defeat your kind. The liberal world is coming to an end. Go carry a sign to that effect, just don't forget to put the word liberal into the message. People might get the wrong idea about you being a nut job.

Don't worry. She doesn't need the old time Republicans to run. She has over a million followers on FaceBook. The first day she announces she will have donations that will blow your mind. The republicans understand money and people. Others will need seed money from the NRC. Palin won't. Others will need to recruit volunteers, Palin won't - they will crash her website trying to sign up if she isn't careful. There is a deliberate effort in the TEA party to take over the low level offices of the Republican party and then elect fiscal conservatives to the state offices of the party. Learn to hum the old John Dillon song "For the times, they are a changin'."

Before the election of 2008 Obama was low on the radar. Though I do not question your polls, I do question their validity this far out. The election process is all about getting to know the candidates. We here who aren't tolls, have read her books, read her policy statements, met her in person, and devoured everything she puts forth. We like what we see. In our judgment, she is like the "everyman" in plays long ago. It may be nonsense in your mind, but elections are won not only by the candidates, but also by those willing to put forth the effort to help that candidate. If the polls are correct that she has no chance, then why aren't the liberals all concerned about the other potential candidates? Why only Sarah Palin? I believe it is because you are stupid, and the leaders in your party are not stupid. They know what you don't want to acknowledge. She is the biggest threat to the Liberals on the block. Stop with the Koolaid and try figuring out why your Liberal leadership is after her and no one else.

Question for now: Who does Palin feel most comfortable with of all those politicians out there? Would she feel a need to balance the ticket, or go with someone of like mind? Lol Balance the ticket with Alaska and Florida being on opposite ends of the States. (Not serious, its a joke. But Rubio is a great man!).

Ah for a good no hold bard debate between the two. Question: what requires more intelligence? a) to talk extemporaneously with just a few written notes (on your hand) or b) to talk from a teleprompter? Never seen her use a teleprompter yet she stays on message. Obama strays away from the teleprompter and he gets in big trouble with bad case of foot in mouth. Look, the guy never even made professor. She majored in journalism in college. He doesn't even know English that well. His strength was the people pulling strings behind him. Many of them sense a sinking ship and have wisely left for better employment. Hey Mr. Obama: you are going to be naked out there. Maybe you want to take your Nobel prize and go home to Chicago (or Africa, or Indonesia) where ever you feel comfortable...

Ah and who told you that? Your liberal friends or your conservative friends? Oh you don't believe in mixing with conservatives except as a troll so you have no conservative friends that you know of. And of course the MSM says she will lose so that makes it so. Aren't you glad you can trust MSNBC to tell you the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. No one believed Obama could win against Hillery, but he did. No one wanted to run against his Highness Bush the first, but Clinton said he would do it. Prejudging an election by your own prejudices is not a good way to win bets. Because the MSM has totally blocked any unbiased reporting on Palin, most of the country has no clue about her. During an election, that will be harder to block. Sure there will be a lot more hate from your side, but we aren't concerned about the liberal mindset. It is the independents she needs to win over. So you can go pound sand. It doesn't matter what you think.

1. I fear for my family bank account if she runs: my wife would give everything she could. While blacks piled on for Obama in unrealistic numbers, wives and mothers not brainwashed with liberal thought would pile on for Palin. 2. Obama had a great grass roots organization shortly after he started running. Palin's grass roots organization is equally as large, and she isn't even running (yet). No other republican candidate can match 1/10th of her existing following. 3. Palin gives a nod to a candidate and millions flow into that candidate's coffers over night (last election). NRC comes to her to help them raise funds at the last moment. Romney raised a lot of money from his Mormon contacts. I am a Mormon as well, and my money would go to Palin this time. Every other candidate would require help for their campaign from one of the big fund raising groups. Palin would be self-funding from her own organization from the start. 4. Liberals think of her as an easy candidate to beat. That means that, since Obama probably will run unopposed, the democrat primary crossover vote will go to Palin. Read it and weep republican candidates. If she runs, fold up your tent and go home. They walked Babe Ruth for a reason. She will hit it out of the park as well. The only question is can she win the final election. That is what she is working on now.

Breitbart.com : Missiles off target in major Taiwan drill

The Chinese population of Taiwan contain many who are sympathetic to Mainland China. I would not count out some sabotage. China could take over Taiwan with a little bit of finesse with the USA being totally blocked from any action. The only thing stopping it would be the loss of face for China in the international scene. But they are working on that problem and looking for the opportunity. Currently they have bigger issues. Europe is considering taking Chinese loans to bail out their failed financial management. Can you criticize someone on whom you depend for finical aid? Ask Obama if you are not sure. Hey Number One Guy, nice bow!

"Or would you have them go though a reformation where they drop the bad doctrines as Christianity dropped the Holy War doctrine of the Crusades? " My statement and your statement are both true, but what cause do you have to complain about my statement? That is not a continuation of the thread. My statement was that Christianity evolved away from using selected words from the New Testament as a justification for a holy war. You just started quoting more history that is not revetment to the discussion of evolving religions. What is your solution to the conflict of religious beliefs? Don't just open a book and start quoting history in an irrelevant way!

This time period was due to the Spanish Inquisition! Jews were welcomed in Muslim lands and left Spain and other areas to settle in Constantinople bringing with them their talents and skills to the Muslim world. Lesson: Christianity looses for persecuting others, Islam wins. The times have changed, and the proverbial shoe is on the other foot. Islam is loosing and traditionally Christian nations are flourishing. (Kind of like when we as a nation let Blacks into sports: sports stepped up to a new level of performance - discrimination in all its forms seems to hurt more than it helps anything.)
