Due to the overwhelming amount of anime/manga that has been released over the years the anime fandom is actually rather divided. Generally when people join a community like this they only care about the select few animes they are interested in, and not the assortment of random animes they don't care about.
I'm personally more of a nostalgic person myself, so I find that most of my discussions revolve around old school animes such as card captor sakura, slayers, and etc. Though my main reason for not posting is due to my poor grammar. xD
