There have been numerous complaints and court proceedings against the parole officer. Just search his name online. He's a bad apple to be sure. And soon out of a moonlight job too.

Far as I can see the criminal here is the off duty PO who started putting his hands on a guy. The video clearly shows this. Have fun helping him find a new job.

The only obscenities are coming from the Parole guy. There's another video now online showing much more.

If the cops can't do the job they should get someone who can. Putting your hands on a guy and then shoving him is an easy way to end up unemployed and in court when the cameras are rolling.

The other Parole guy should be commended for acting like an adult and remembering that LOUD YELLING was the issue not the lack thereof.

Yes we're waiting for the adults to run America indeed considering these fraud wannabes are in the wrong and are bung charged now. Stop making excuses for the unaccountable fake police we want real cops not these adult-children with vindictive criminal mindsets. If these phonys cannot do the job they need to be dismissed and let real police step in.

Wrong. NYS law is clear here: The Parole wannabe had NO right to chest thump the guy and challenge him and no right to even touch him... this was no arrest and there was no justification.
THIS is the failed government that drove everyone away from there.

Have fun being sued and released from your employment fellas. This wasn't the first time so I hear but it was the last. No accountability has damaged your community once again.
