As posters above say, mixing Viagra and the other ED prescription meds does interact with those taking nitrates / nitroglycerine for heart disease, etc and can critically lower blood pressure and precipitate a heart attack, stroke, or shock. And since this is aimed at the senior crowd who are often on these meds and unaware of the pastry surprise - adios amigos !
