The reduced physical benchmarks for women by & of themselves make it plainly obvious that a female combat unit is going to be less capable than a male equivalent or in a mixed unit, will be the limiting factor in measuring combat effectiveness. Any adversary, knowing that a percentage of opposing forces are women will exploit the vulnerability to their advantage. Further issues relate to simple human nature, the good whereby men need to rescue a woman in danger, & the bad such as sexual prejudice & harassment. Both will compromise a units cohesion & war fighting ability. Gender Neutrality is an oxymoron however, within the military it is just plain moronic.
