I love the house and neighborhood too.  Thanks for pointing out the Powder Room.  It is not identified on the plan.  That's a big relief!

Love the interior/exterior flow. So many nice features. BUT, as with all of your houses, there is an extreme shortage of closet space.
Where do dinner guests freshen up? In the master bath???? Why no powder room???
Is there a place to collect recyclables for the long journey to the garage?
A one car garage? Really?
And the steps....oy. Maybe next time you could design an accessible green home for those of us who have worn out our knees or have relatives who have.
