The cellular data network tab is visible! I've solved this problem. But iPhone shows AT&T 7.0 for the carrier in Settings>general>about although I'm using Beeline sim-card.

Hi there! I've got a problem to unlock my Iphone 4G (AT&T locked). It was bought in America in August (model MC318LL, OS ver. 4.0.1 (8A306), modem firm. 01.59.00). So I used jailbrake from jailbrakeme.com. Then I installed ultrasn0w 1.1-1 and PDG Patch in Cydia. Finally, voice calls and SMS are working but the Internet connection via cellular network doesn't work. Safari stops connection with error message "Safari cannot open the page because it is not connected to the Internet". At the same time the General/Network/Cellular Data network button doesn't appear. This sim-card works in another iPhone 4 (European) without any problem. Best regards.
