360Junkies.com : WET T-Shirt Contest & more!

I wanna get WET because…The Picturesque red black and white death scenes are a definite for kill bill & frank miller fans alike. I got to speak to the the genius's behind WET at PAX and play a bit of the demo then, the car hopping scenes are a total new style that brings alot of action and fun to the game, unfortunately my XBOX hit the Red light of death, so I haven't bought it yet.. Well I just got the xbox back working and I've been dying to try more of those crazy car hopping action packed scenes, and ninja esque slashing & gunning in Cartoon Kill Bill style.. Not to mention I must have this game to go with my dev signed poster :) and did I mention I also wanna get WET because I'm from Oregon We Love the Rain (GO Beavers & Ducks!!)

lol, I would think ignorant is responding to one's opinions especially if you've never lived a day in their life, or seen things from their point of view.. I intended it obviously as a cynical remark in satire to the "doggs should be shot for barking people" .. That being said, I do h8 every1 equally ;) (somewhat J/k) and I find the "most people are bad until proven good" approach to be a safer view then the current justice systems of "innocent till proven guilty", which in my humble opinion seems to leave alot of peoples family and friends unprotected as of late if the $ is right. And i'll also mention I've had a dog stolen from me, one who was my only thing left from my moms tragic death.. losing that dog nearly destroyed my life and definitely changed my views on alot things, especially one such as this.

My thoughts... Barking dogs are not bad dogs.. just have bad owners who have no idea how to train a dog, or for small dogs, have know idea how to gain the alpha role needed to make the dog feel comfortable enough to know the owner is the one who protects the dog and not vice versa.. A simple "thats enough" command should be all thats necessary to stop a dog who feels threatened enough to bark in order to alert its owner.. If you have an issue with a neighbor and barking dog, follow the proper channels. If your a mature adult, go talk to your neighbor and see if there is something that can be done, the world is full of compromise and negotiations.., chancs are the owner is as frustrated as you and could use some friendly advice. On the other hand if your relationshipp with your neighbor is already destroyed, file a noise complaint to the police.. I believe Oregon laws are 15 minutes of consecutive barking in order to violates laws. Secondly, Anyone saying a dog should be shot because of barking above needs to be dragged out to a cornfield, beaten with a Sand filled hose, and then shot in between the eyes, buried 6 feet deep and forgotten about.. and you best believe if my dog got shot, I would do it in a heartbeat... there's not a human in this world worth more then my dog and some of these posts just prove that point..

KATU - Portland, OR : Dutch authorities take custody of teen girl who wants to sail around the world | KATU.com - Portland

Definitely a Soul seraching trip for someone at any age, logically if a boy can be trusted & has already proven possible to sale across the Atlantic @ 14, Then anyone who's ever been out past the warm water line in the ocean should know this to be a no issue situation.. So your talking about more time & distance.., but the risks are almost all the same. Not that the dutch are sexist, but opinion above seems to think 13 is too young,,, Would it have really been an issue if it was a 13 yr old boy? I somehow doubt it. There should be no holding this young female back... I don't think distance & extra time, compared to that of the Atlantic voyage of Perham, is an issue.. And not one the Governments should be involved in IMHO... Parents make decisions everyday about the safety of their kids & welfare of thier kids, This decision is like saying don't let a 10 year old goto college early because he's not mature enough, and college is a risky atmosphere (even though his IQ may be off the charts..) I start to think of all the child prodigies in Arts , sports & science that could have been stunted by such conservative thoughts. interesting thoughts also come to mind when considering the wave of new laws enacted under the guise of protecting children (but imho really just protects insurance companies pocketbooks), ie Smoking.. Seat belts I think it really crossed the line when they start telling your children how they can fulfill their dreams, especially one that would put her name in history books forever and pave the way to a remarkable future, even possible celebrity/olympian /Sailiors cup status.

KATU - Portland, OR : Car rebates: Populist stimulus or clunker? | KATU.com - Portland, Oregon | Business

well according to your math your stating a 8 min gas mile improvement is needed, not so according to any requirements I read. Reducing demand of something does not necessarily always reduce the cost, I admit usually eventually, but not if your on a fixed pricing schedule and definitely not in the oil/gas industry, where they can announce a barrel increase that takes 90 days to get through the refining process but will instantly be shown at the pumps, or the opposite scenario where the barrel price falls, but prices either stay the same or in this last year, increase as the oil companies announced further cuts in supply So in effect Reduce Supply = Increase Cost.. if you think you can play a demand game with the oil companies your sorely mistaken, take a look at their record profits for the last several years that stay steadily increasing despite any lulls in demand also, in case you haven't noticed their is one main refinery and hence a monopoly on the gas being delivered here in the NW. The cash for clunker problem is not going to solve the issues of oregon gov't allowing the monoploies they have within the gas industry.. case in point read back in '01 when an independent dealer was going to get his own jobbers license to get refinery gas & promised low prices to Oregon consumers.. I can't recall who puchased 76 at the time and denied those rights, but end result = he got a payout for his contract not being fulfilled & Oregon consumers got the corporate monopoly on Gas. Any amount saved by gas from this clunker program was lost to the Oregon consumer back then... and if youu think reducing demand of gas is going to lower the prices you need to check the stats for the last year when the barrell dropped to its lowest point, but gas prices were rising as supply was being cut to offset any reduction in demand... as far as job increases, Sorry to say that $4,500 paid the commission to the car salesman as you drove off the lot, lol

Appearantly you missed the point.. (or are just Ignorant) I know bicycle riders who follow the roads and are way more responsible on the road then some cars, and I can say the same for some of friends who drive professionaly over most other bike riders... Saying you have insurance & your licensed does not automatically make you responsible... Case in point.. Most 16 yr old drivers who's mommy and daddy have paid for the car and insurance. Learn some logic, or go take some critical discourse classes before you go telling someone their sleeping, when its obvious who has their head where..

Program is a Clunker, another way to redistribute wealth The people who can barely afford a car or insurance, working 60+ hours per week at a minimum wage paying job, just to put food on the table are not the ones being helped here. Most of these hard workers who know the value of the doller they earned are not people that are prepared to go out and buy a new car. The people who are middle to high income, who can even fathom the $ incentive to put them further in debt, are the only ones benefiting from this program..

Everyone Complaining about her knowing she was being overpaid, have never had to use the states system.. She gave her Income information in forms to the DHS employee, they incorrectly input the amount or maybe # of dependents, and then incorrectly told her how much her monthly benefits should be... As a user of the service and not having access to the income charts, she would never be able to calculate or know that the mistake had been made unless she happened to read the form that comes in the mail and doublechecked the income amount/#of dependents claimed amongst all the other useless information. Most likely it was a $75 error accumulated over 18-24 months.. Regarding her paying it back, here's a funny thought... how bout the gov't helping out middle class people to the tune of 2 billions dollars in the Car allowance programs, basically giving them 3500-4500 dollars outright in AutoTrade in's if they can afford to purchase a new car... but still hosed for those that can't afford to put food on the table, or can't afford insurance on the car in the driveway, or maybe even a car itself... Don't know why everyone's so disturbed about Slavery during the Civil War days... Today most blue Coller workers are Slaves themselves... with corporations being the slave owners with no loyalties to their employee's.. At least in Civil war days you were givin' food and shelter...

I used to work on that boat as a deckhand back in 90-92. one of the few wooden boats with twin diesel engines running!!. Sad to see the captain not make it back out to sea. Questions I have are.. Where they Tuna Fishing/crabbing Before going into dry dock? ie did they just unload and get paid for their trips? having been out to go commercial Tuna fishing a couple years back I know these payouts can sometimes be 5-15 thousand depending on how long they were out and how the fishing was! another Q? Was there any type of altercation witnessed at the bar? and FYI Undercover no seagoing vessel would ever cross a bar on autopilot.. especially the smaller one's like the Tiger.. and especially not in newport or garabaldi which is considered one of the most dangerous bars on the west coast.
