Nolan should be dropped for home games. When he's on the pitch our midfield disappear. Noble looked like he was being restricted from moving around and looked very frustrated (Nolan was dropping deep and getting in the way). Faubert clearly wasn’t fit and shouldn’t have started. Carlton Cole has obviously been practicing his heading, but i don’t think he got a shot off in the 101 minutes. Not top of the table because we don’t deserve to be.

My Team would be: Green O'Brian, Tomkins, Faye, Linda Lansbury,Nolan, Noble, Taylor Maynard, Cole Not a masive fan of Vaz Te at the mo, still early days though. Get the impression he thinks he's already made it. I reckon he should be used as an impact player. Slow build up play tonight as they will park the bus. Early goal should open things up a bit (hope its us who gets it).

I would have thought DS would have been on the phone to Arsenal the second the red card was shown. I reckon they'll see how the appeal goes (I’m assuming its today or tomorrow). If it doesn’t get rescinded then Almunia will be back (Did a really good job for us earlier in the season). As for Stech, got to feel sorry for him, we're ruining his career at the moment. Boffin might not have performed well last outing but he had a good game last season against Blackburn.

I don’t think we had the midfielders last night to play like that. Lansbury has been poor (though played out of position often). Tomkins in midfield was a good call in my eyes and i think it would be wrong of us to speculate that any other decision would have led to a win. He might not be able to spray the ball all over the park but that wasn’t his job and i don’t think we had anyone on the bench who’s abilities to win a game out shines the Defence ability not to lose it. I couldn’t have been happier with the performance last night or the subs / tactics. I've really not enjoyed this season and i haven’t agreed with a lot of things Sam has done, we haven’t deserved to win a lot of games. Last night was frustrating not because of the players but because of the officials. Tomkins is not a natural midfielder but if we go down to 10 again I’d be happy to see him play there again....tried and tested.

Not sure Devo think BFS did a really good job last night. I thought Tomkins had a very good game in MF, broke up play really well. in the last two games we've played over 150 min with 10 men and got 4 points. I would have taken a draw before the game, but we more than deserved it and probably would have got the win if Taylor was still on...but guess could have lost if Green wasn't at his very best again. One thing is for sure that is the first time this season we've put in two very good performances back to back. and this is the first time this season i'm actually looking forward to going to games.

I think even if we did have supply CC would be toilet, All he wants to do is drop deep hold up the ball, fend off a couple of challenges and pass the ball. He cant head the ball and makes hardly any runs. He should be prolific at this level, its embarrassing.

Great skill by Sears but he completely bottled it and dived. He needs to leave the club. Hopefully he can go somewhere, play more regular and get his confidence back. Piquionne had the miss of the century. at least when people blast it over the bar from 5 yards out they get a shot off. To be a striker in the box and be completely unprepared for the ball to drop to you is a joke! Potts had a great game but Diop was my MOM. Potts looks fantastic, but wasnt really tested. He's still a bit lightweight to play week in week out but great potential. And to get as good as he is now after being so sick he's got to have a great work ethic. Reallly looks like one for the future....fingers crossed.

not sure mate Sears has had lots of opportunities to prove himself but has only looked good on occation. I hope he goes on to have a successful career but i dont think he'll ever play in the premiership again.

Its a shame Sears never made it but he has to go. His performance against Bristol was probably the straw that broke the camel’s back. As for Nouble i remember when we signed him Chelsea and it was meant to be a massive coup! Nouble will be easy enough to get rid of but i reckon Sears will see out his contract. I've heard he's on a decent wage, doubt he'd get that else where

Drawing with Bristol was bad. Tactics were pathetic. I love most the things Sam has brought to our club but his tactic of waiting for the defence to make a mistake was wrong. Im ok with long ball when it works (Carew) but it has never worked with Cole who only seems to head the ball once in every 10 attempts. Sears is not good enough, it was an insult to have Diop on the bench. As soon as i saw a front three of Baldock, Sears and Piquionne i knew we would struggle. could have lost the game which looked a repeat of Cardiff and Ipswich. When Newcastle and QPR picked up those '2 points' were they bottom of the table?

To be fair it does only say he was at training today not that he's on trial or in talks. I'd still go to games if he played, not the nicest guy in the world but there are worse out there. People on here would probably line up to meet giggs and to me i dont think you can get much worse than what he did to his family
