Iron Will
Diamond Tiara
Gilda
Sunset Shimmer
Nightmare Moon
Equestria Girls Twilight Sparkle

The last one is a stretch but there is an argument to be made for her.

No. I understand why they would redeem some, but it should really stop. You can't redeem everyone or where do you get interesting conflicts to over come? The heroes only shine because of the challenges they face and the odds they overcome. Let some villains stay villains. Yes friendship is magic but we can't all be friends. That's just life.
