(Their message - capitalism is unfair, only the gov't makes things fair) We need to have a set of simple, clear steps to reach the goal. (Search for the 1963 Komunist goals - see all 45) Anyone want to offer some ideas? Better think really big.

Mike - I would like to believe that the majority my fellow Americans would largely subscribe to the 9P/12V but they are suffering from battle fatigue. Their logic and ethos have been systematically under attack for more than 50 years. They put up a good fight but even the best soldiers have a breaking point. What they need now is a clear vision and a sense of hope that there is a way to come out on top of this madness.

IDEOLOGY VS POLITICS While we have a problem with new world politics and the trampling of "unalienable Rights", it seems naïve to think that the solution rests in fixing broken political and governmental systems. The media, the schools, the unions, the politicians, the courts and others have been waging an ideological campaign against capitalism, the family, religion and the constitution. The suggestions offered here focus on the symptoms and not the disease. Does anyone else share this opinion?

Why only 4 weeks? Do it permanently! Why do any of us want to financially support people who work against us? Did you forget to add CNN, CBS, ABC, HBO, Showtime, etc.? Don't just write to the sponsors - stop buying their products - there are plenty of other choices. They only care about revenue - not letters.

I couldn't agree more. I suggest putting the tag line, "We surround them", into action. How? Start with reforming (or neutralizing) the news and entertainment media. They have a overbearing impact on our society and values - and right now they actively promote the secular progressive agenda while savagely attacking everything else. 912 folks and like-minded people represent a HUGE amount of purchasing power. Deprive the media and their sponsors of income and they will change their stripes VERY quickly. Remember too that by not watching their channel or shows, not watching, buying or renting their movies, not going to their websites, etc. you are impacting their revenue.

I would like to add...America could be greater still. I find it really disingenuous to hear public officials talk about our national moral values. What values are they referring to? Condoms in kindergarten? Rampant sexualization of our children and society? Alernative lifestyles? Moral relativism? Dependence on a nanny state? Dumbing down our educational system. Socialist indoctrination. Removing religious freedom? Eliminating personal responisibilty? Growing victim mentality? One reason that many dislike America is that don't want their country polluted with America's moral values and culture.

Bob - I like your list and concepts I think you intended to potray. I think it needs a little work since some of the items are not exactly a "value". If you express them in terms of desirable qualities or ideals, they might fit better into the category of a "value". For example, "independence" might be a value for "freedom". "Family" is sort of tough to explain as a value - maybe "Famailt devotion"? Keep up the good work.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? The DHS says: "Rightwing extremism in the United States can be broadly divided into those groups, movements, and adherents...rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority,..." Does this mean that anyone supporting the tenth amendment is automatically suspect? Can someone point to an extremist event that was fueled by anyone "rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority"? What's up with this? This seems pretty dis-HONEST to me.
