We've been here for 4-1/2 years. I love it, but it's really busy. My favorite Island is Kauai, but I loved Maui too. Unfortunately, I haven't been to the Big Island yet, but hope to before we leave. Not sure if I'll be able to deal with the vog over there though...I'm so allergic to it, and we don't even get it as bad as you guys! I really, really want to see Volanoes National Park. I would be really surprised if HGTV builds on Oahu. There's not all that much "prime" real estate left, that I know of anyway, and it's already so crowded. Is it safe to assume that because a 1099 will be issued, that they are not due until we file our taxes in 2011? Although, I read that the tax, title & licensing fees for the vehicle are due upon taking posession of the vehicle. 3) Is it true that the HOA fees are between $300 & $400?
