Abe has ask the City Clerks and others to show him the laws of which he is violating. They have not been able to show him one law that pertains to a non-profit service. The laws they claim he is violating all pertain to vehicles "FOR HIRE". If they could prove he was breaking a law he would stop. They are a bunch of idiots. They messed up and don't know how to fix it. I will be in court tomorrow at 1:30 room 203. There is no reason he should not be released on his own recognasis. The bail is excessive at $2500. Missing court was an honest mistake. When looking through the warrants waiting for his to surface I was noticing only one topped his for a falure to appear. Most of them were posted at $300 & $500. The City and it's officials dont have a leg to stand on and they know it ,if they did, dont you think he would be convicted allready? The City and courts are causing our family hardships and inconvenience. They need to back off. Again, Thanks for all your support.
