SO SAD. Drunk driving is not ok, we know this. It does not however justify what happened. This will be all more common in our present and future police state. The police are an army against the citizen. They do not help. They wrangle people up and get them to jails or give citations and it is for a court to find out if they did the crime...IF they make it that far. This man did not. THERE is NO JUSTICE. You knock a fence over with your car, you are shot dead. The whole he could have run someone over or he could have seriously hurt someone...HE DIDN'T and POTENTIAL to do harm is not a red light to shoot. WE all have the potential to hurt someone every time we get behind the wheel. ....oh i thought i was hitting the brake, not pushing on the gas...
