I have been lurking around to catch any hints and read the very entertaining comments by others. I just had to jump on to tell you all a funny story. My wife and I have been trying for the last few days to try to fit the hints into the description of our state. We have been reading all the guesses, and for some reason no one has guessed the state I live in as being that of the winner. We started discussing the different characteristics of our state and town. Dry, unemployed, poor, radioactive, crazy people, spontaneous events. We than though well that is too many negatives, let us think of some positives so... Free, no income tax, lots and lots of sun, fresh air, beautiful, full of creative and talented people, everyone is nice... hey, well I guess we shouldn't give up hope.
